Palestinians Count Cost After Israeli Army Pulls Out Of Beit Hanoun

Israeli military forces pulled out of the northern Gaza town of Beit Hanoun, bringing to a close what Israeli sources described as an open-ended operation to stop militants from firing home-made rockets into Southern Israel, which had begun when military forces moved into the town on May 15, 2003.
