Mesmerizing drone footage recorded in Kingsport, Tennessee, shows a band of snow clouds sweep over the cityscape, obscuring it from view. The sped-up video was recorded on December 18 by David Bradley Huff, who flew his drone over a chemical plant in Kingsport.
