MILANO, ITALY - MARCH 27: In an aerial view, the Olympic Village remains under construction on March 27, 2025 in Milano, Italy. The Olympic Village covers an area of approximately 60000 m² in the western part of the new Romana Park, which is part of the redevelopment of the area of the disused Porta Romana railway station. The project includes the construction of six new buildings and the renovation of two existing industrial buildings, as well as the construction of an Olympic square. The flats will accommodate approximately 1400 athletes and will be partly converted into student accommodation by the opening of the 2026-2027 academic year and partly allocated to social housing, while 10000 m² will be reserved for private services.
