Further flooding in South West of England causes major problems

VOICED: Britain's wild winter weather returned today to bring more flooding to counties in the South West of England already hit less than a month ago. From Helston in Cornwall to Braunton in Devon, communities were flooded after heavy overnight rain fell onto land that was already waterlogged. The consequence - residents rescued by canoe, the cost of water damage and broader travel disruption.
