Impeachment witness Taylor explains alarm at leveraging military aid to Ukraine in testimony

Ambassador William Taylor testifies under questioning by Democrat counsel Daniel Goldman of the House Select Intelligence Committee at the first public impeachment inquiry hearing that Ambassador Gordon Sondland had described to a Ukrainian assistant to Volodymyr Zelensky that security assistance was held pending an announcement of investigations, he had understood a White House meeting was conditioned but only after a conversation with Sondland understood that security assistance was also held, alarmed there is one thing to leverage a meeting but another to leverage security assistance to a country at war.
