Congressman Schiff suggests why Americans should care about Ukraine amid impeachment inquiry

House Select Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff of California tells reporters at a press conference hours after his committee released its impeachment inquiry report that since the Committee began its investigation it became clear to President Donald Trump in the White House that an alleged scheme to release military aid to Ukraine so desperately sought, Americans should care about Ukraine not because of Ukraine but about democracy and national security, about whether the American people have a right to expect the president of the United States to act in their interests and not for some illicit, personal or political reason, to care deeply that the president was not for chairing their trust or the oath he took in the Constitution, otherwise to be darn well sure the president would be back at it doing that all over again because he already had.
