A young female law enforcement officer stands by a vehicle she has stopped and takes an open beer bottle from a sheepishly drunk middle aged man who has been driving under the influence. She is disappointed, disgusted, and appalled that he would be driving drunk and endangering the lives of others, but he doesn't seem to grasp the seriousness of his crime.
