Concorde Crashes
The left wing of supersonic passenger airliner Concorde, Air France Flight 4590, bursts into flame on take off from Paris Charles de Gaulle airport, Paris, en route for New York, 25th July 2000. Minutes later, the aircraft crashed in the suburb of Gonesse, killing all 100 passengers and nine crew members on board the flight, and four people on the ground.
