(Original Caption) The Hughes Falcon Air-to-Air Guided Missile, a new first line of defense weapon against enemy A-Bomb or H-Bomb attack was shown today for the first time in New York City by Nathan L. Hall, right, Vice President of the Hughes Aircraft Company. Mr. Hall is shown here with the deadly weapon on the steps of Civil Defense Headquarters, 425 Avenue of the Americas, with Major General Norris B. Harbold, left, commander of the Eastern Air Defense Command and Major General Robert E. Condon, center, Civil Defense Director for New York City. The Falcon will be on display next week at the Institute of Radio Engineers exhibit at the Kingsbridge Armory and the public will get its first look at it in Grand Central Terminal where it will also be on display.
