Historical court day in Quedlinburg

25 March 2023, Saxony-Anhalt, Quedlinburg: A replica of a 13th century reliquary stands on a table before the start of a history play. On the occasion of the historical court days, as they were once held in early Quedlinburg, the association Kaiserfrühling shows history plays. 1050 years ago Otto I was in Quedlinburg for the last time and opened a court day here with envoys from all over Europe. It was once the greatest event that people could experience north of the Alps. The association "Kaiserfrühling" reminds of it with a history play and performs the play regularly on weekends at the Finkenherd in Quedlinburg.
