Mutiny Memorial - Photos

This octagonal tapering tower was erected in memory of officers and men ,British and Natives ,who were killed in action during 30th May 1857 and 20th September 1957. During 25th Anniversary of India Independence in 1972 ,it was renamed as Ajitgarh and a new plaque was placed converting it to memorial for martyrs , who gave up lives against colonial rule.
