Halloween House - Photos

I noticed this beautiful Victorian-era home while on a walk with a friend the other day--the owners had decorated the windows with some really spooky but beautiful cutouts that they then illuminate from within, making for an eerie Halloween effect. The owner was kind enough to light up her house for me at twilight and I then added a full moon to the composition to bring an even more Halloweeny chill to the image. It's actually a teensy waning crescent at the moment and was nowhere in sight when I photographed this house. The moon came from a Deer Isle shot in August.
