The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Los Angeles District office announced on Wednesday a settlement for alleged sexual harassment, retaliation, and job segregation for more than $1 million with Rivera Vineyards. A class of Latino farm workers at Rivera Vineyards will share in the settlement.
