Residents Return To Nikishyne

All of the 500 houses and buildings have been damaged or destroyed from the intense artillery bombardment which ended in late February. Power has been partly restored and residents are living in poor conditions, having to collect water from wells and rely on Aid from the ICRC and Russia which is distributed to inhabitants that hold a passport.
