"I grieve every day now," says Mark Tyree about the death of his son. "I don't want it to go away." Mark Tyree, of Cottonwood, Ca., visits the grave of his son, also Mark Tyree, who died after being electrocuted on Thanksgiving Day following a single-car accident in the months following his exit from the Marine Corps. He had served in Iraq, left the Marines as a Lance Cpl., and was on 100% disability from PTSD according to his father. Tyree's father served a tour of duty in Vietnam and understood his son's restlessness and recklessness after coming home from war. "My analyst was my motorcycle," says the elder Tyree about the time following his return from Vietnam. He suspects that his son had turned to the bottle too much after coming home from his tour in Iraq. "He needed some help and all they did was give him a check for PTSD," says Tyree. "So now he doesn't have to go to work and he's got a lot of time on his hands." (Photo by Rick Loomis/Los Angeles Times via Getty Images)
