Forty-three-year-old Li Peng graduated from high school made two planes by himself within ten years with a cost of more than 200,000 RMB (about 32,202 USD dollars). He was keen to airplane when he was a child and dreamed to fly in high sky, and in 2000, he started to collect materials to make out an 6.7-meter-long airplane with 9.6-meter-long wingspans. While the first airplane was a little big and could not fly in limited space when he prepared to test flight in 2005. After that he decided to creat a smaller one and that's the turning up of dynamic delts-winged aircraft, an aircraft with 9.6-meter-long wingspans and 3.2-meter-long body.
