North Middle School Garden Festival

AURORA, CO. - MAY 18: Tyler Barr, of BRANCH, was prepared to work during the North Middle School Garden Festival in Aurora, CO May 18, 2013. The celebration marked the opening of the first school-based community garden in Aurora Public Schools. The project, funded by The Piton Foundation, was made possible through a partnership of Aurora Public Schools, Denver Urban Gardens (DUG), and Anschutz Medical Campus Department of Family Medicine and BRANCH, a multi-disciplinary student organization from the medical campus.
