DILI, EAST TIMOR- MARCH 15 : East Timorese pack trucks in Dili heading back to the enclave of Oecussi so they can vote March 15, 2012 in Dili, East Timor. All voters must go back to their home districts in order to cast their ballot on March 17th in the 3rd Presidential elections.
